Custom systems and automations built for clients remain the client's intellectual property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Aethel Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We treat all client business data, workflows, and operational information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client data to third parties without express written consent, except where required by law. Client data is never used to train or improve third-party AI models without explicit agreement.
Payment terms are specified in individual client agreements. As our services are custom-built and time-intensive, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any disputes must be raised within 14 days of the delivery of a project milestone.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
